Artist Submission Guidelines
*All submission guidelines due November 27th at 11:59pm CST*
1. Submission costs is a nonrefundable fee of $35 that includes 3 Submissions, payable here. You may submit up to 5 images with a cost of $10 per additional images.
2. Submit up to 3-5 high-resolution images & a brief bio or artist statement to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Images do not need to be of a 12×12″ piece, though your submission for the group show MUST BE a 12×12″ piece ready to hang, framed or with painted edges.
4. All original 12×12″ pieces must be priced between $400-$500.
5. Once notified, deliver & pick up 12×12″ art on the designated dates.
6. Participating artists must live in or near the city of Chicago.
7. Artists will be able to sell a selection of prints during the night of the event.
8. 60% of sales go directly to the participating artists and 10% will be donated to a designated charity.
9. Winners will be announced the night of the event.
